Cancellation & Refund Policies

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "TOS") carefully before signing up with a membership to the TradersBattle website (https://tradersbattle.com) and any related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by TradersBattle ("us", "we", or "our").

 

1. Introduction

 

  • This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the cancellation of memberships and refund requests for TradersBattle services. This policy applies to all members utilizing our platform, including those with promotional or discounted memberships. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
2. Cancellation Process

 

  • Members may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings on the TradersBattle platform. Upon cancellation, members will retain access to premium features and content until the end of their current billing period. No action is required beyond initiating the cancellation through the account settings interface. TradersBattle will not process automatic renewals once a cancellation request has been properly submitted through the platform.
3. Post-Cancellation Access and Content Rights

 

  • Following cancellation, members maintain access to premium features until their paid term expires. However, upon expiration, all licenses for downloaded educational materials, documents, images, and other media content are automatically revoked. Members must delete any TradersBattle content in their possession, as this material remains the exclusive licensed property of TradersBattle. Access to premium signals, educational content, and other premium features will cease at the end of the paid term.
4. Subscription Reactivation

 

  • Members may reactivate their subscription at any time within one year of cancellation or non-payment. During this period, TradersBattle preserves member data, including saved content, favorited traders, and other account-specific information. After one year of inactivity, accounts may be subject to data removal in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
4. Payment and Account Status

 

  • Failure to process payment when due results in immediate subscription cancellation and premium access suspension. Accounts remain intact for one year following non-payment, allowing members to reactivate their subscription by completing a new payment. Members wishing to remove their account data may submit a request to info@tradersbattle.com with "Attn: Data Protection Officer" in the subject line.
5. Refund Policy

 

  • TradersBattle maintains a strict no-refund policy. All sales are final, including promotional or discounted memberships. Refunds may be considered solely in cases of unauthorized transactions, and such considerations remain at TradersBattle's discretion. Members seeking refund consideration for exceptional circumstances must submit their request to info@tradersbattle.com with "Refund Review" in the subject line.
6. Platform Availability and Service Interruptions

 

  • In the event of platform downtime exceeding fifteen days within a thirty-day subscription period, affected members will receive a pro-rated extension to their subscription term equivalent to the duration of the outage. No monetary refunds will be provided for technical difficulties or platform maintenance. This compensation applies exclusively through subscription term extensions.
7. Geographic Restrictions and Regulatory Changes

 

  • Members bear sole responsibility for ensuring their eligibility to access and use the TradersBattle platform within their jurisdiction. No refunds will be provided for members who become ineligible due to regulatory changes or geographic restrictions in their location. Members must verify and maintain compliance with their local regulations throughout their subscription term.
8. Promotional Memberships

 

  • Cancellations of promotional or discounted memberships follow identical procedures to standard memberships. No refunds will be provided for promotional memberships under any circumstances. The standard cancellation process applies, with members retaining access until their current term expires.
