• 4.1. High-Risk Activity: Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk and uncertainty. TradersBattle does not advise anyone to trade cryptocurrencies or any other financial instruments. Users further acknowledge that cryptocurrency markets are extremely volatile, prices can fluctuate significantly in short periods, total loss of investment is possible, past performance does not indicate future results, leverage trading can amplify both gains and losses, and market conditions can change rapidly and without notice.

  4.2. Potential for Loss: Users may sustain a loss of some or all of their invested funds. TradersBattle does not advise users to risk any amount of funds. Users assume their own risk entirely, and should only risk what they are personally comfortable losing.

5. User Accounts

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, maintain and update your information, be of legal age in your jurisdiction, be eligible to use cryptocurrency services in your jurisdiction, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

  5.2. Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. TradersBattle will never ask you for your password.

  5.2.2 Account Sharing: You agree not to share your account with any 3rd party, for any reason, without exception. Your use of the platform acknowledges that along with safeguarding your account credentials including username, and password, that you will make every reasonable effort to keep safe your credentials from potential theft, or other unauthorized access. 

  5.3. Account Types: TradersBattle offers both non-paying (non-premium) and paying (premium) memberships. The features available to each account type are subject to change at our discretion.

6. User Content

 

• 6.1. User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for any content you post on the Service, including its accuracy, ensuring it doesn't violate any rights, and following our content guidelines.

  6.2. Content Restrictions: You agree not to post content that is illegal, fraudulent, or misleading, violates others' intellectual property rights, contains false or misleading trading advice, promotes market manipulation, or harasses or threatens others.

  6.3. License Grant: By posting content on the Service, you grant TradersBattle a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such content on and through the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

 

• 7.1. Ownership: The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of TradersBattle and its licensors.

  7.2. Restrictions: You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Service, except as incidental to normal web browsing or as expressly permitted in writing by TradersBattle.

8. Use of the Platform

 

• 8.1. Proper Use: Users agree to use the Service in a manner consistent with its intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

  8.2. Prohibited Activities: Users shall not engage in any behavior contrary to the normal operation of the site. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Attempting to circumvent or subvert any content restrictions or paywall operations.

  • Copying, redistributing, or republishing signals, educational content, or any other content without the express written consent of TradersBattle.

  • Using automated systems or software to extract data from the Service (example: screen scraping).

Termination Rights: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms of Service detailed herein.

  9.2. Consequences of Violations: Violations of these Terms of Service may result in either temporary or permanent suspension of a member's membership/account, at TradersBattle's sole discretion.

  9.3. Effect of Termination: Account termination may result in content removal, paid subscriptions may be forfeited, some Terms will survive termination, and users remain liable for any obligations incurred.

10. Payment Terms & Refunds

 

• 10.1. Payment Processing: Payments are processed through authorized payment processors, users must provide accurate billing information, subscription fees are billed according to the selected plan, and we may change pricing with appropriate notice.

  10.1.1. Cryptocurrency Payments: Users are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their cryptocurrency transactions, including using the correct cryptocurrency type, blockchain network, and wallet addresses. TradersBattle shall not be liable for any losses or failed transactions resulting from user error, network issues, or technical complications. While we will make a good faith attempt to recover or resolve problematic transactions, we cannot guarantee success and are not obligated to recover or refund incorrect or lost cryptocurrency payments. Users acknowledge that cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible, and TradersBattle reserves the right to handle incorrect payment amounts through additional payment requests, partial service provision, or payment rejection.

11. Limitation of Liability

 

• 11.1 No Liability: In no event shall TradersBattle, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

  11.2. Maximum Liability: Our maximum liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the Service in the previous month, any greater limitation required by law, and exclusion of certain damages as permitted by law.

12. Governing Law

 

• These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms of Service

 

• We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
